1. Responsibility for Damages:

  • We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle prior to our service.

  • Customers must inspect the vehicle upon delivery, which is the best time to express concerns or request adjustments  Once accepted, DIAMMOX cannot be held accountable for future complaints.

 

2. Cancellations:

  • A cancellation fee of 60% of the total service applies if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This fee is non-refundable.

3.Call and Message Recording:

  • All calls and messages are recorded and monitored for quality control purposes.

 

4. Pricing:

  • Prices are subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle.

 

5. Personal Data:

  • We collect and maintain the following personal information: name, address, phone, email address, and payment methods.

  • Your data is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared or to third parties.

  • Data will only be used while you remain a client.

  • may request the deletion of your data by emailing contact@diammoxcare.

  • By using our services, you consent to the storage of your data in our database to improve service quality and efficiency.

 

6. Communication with Customers:

  • We engage with customers through text messages, phone calls and WhatsApp.

  • Communications are used to coordinate services, provide updates, share promotions, follow up on appointments, and send billing invoices.

  • By providing your contact information, you agree receive these communications.

  • You can opt out of promotional text messages by replying "STOP" to any received message.
